My Story
Hello!
My name is Nicolas. Born in France and shaped by an international career, I have been working in the pharmaceutical industry since 2007. My professional journey began in Belgium, where I spent over a decade with major pharmaceutical companies, gaining extensive experience across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations. In 2018, life took an unexpected and wonderful turn when I relocated to Houston, Texas, after meeting my husband. Today, I work for a global organization supporting sites across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, giving me a truly cross-cultural perspective on workplace dynamics and leadership.
Throughout my career, I have navigated complex environments, organizational changes, and personal transitions. Early in my management journey, career coaching played a pivotal role in shaping my leadership style. It helped me better understand how to leverage individual strengths, manage priorities, and lead with patience and empathy. That experience sparked a lasting passion for supporting others in their professional growth.
When I first arrived in the United States and waited for my work authorization, I invested my time in volunteering and building a strong professional network. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of community and connection in achieving career success. Over the past several years, I have naturally stepped into a coaching role, supporting colleagues and professionals as they navigate career decisions, workplace challenges, work-life balance, confidence, and networking.
As an openly gay professional, husband, and father to 2 children, I understand the importance of authenticity at work. Embracing my full identity has strengthened my confidence and deepened my ability to connect with others. I am passionate about helping individuals feel empowered, valued, and aligned with their personal and professional goals.
