1- Why should you come to Reve Talent
*I am deeply part of the LGBTQ+ community. Growing up, I had to open up to my environment, family, friends, and coworkers. Yes, it can be stressful, but I made it through. Together, we will find the organization that aligns with your values.
2- What should you expect ?
*Our experience is based on positivity. Our success will depend on the connection we create. Be open-minded and open up. We will use a renowned personality and motivation Human Resources platform (AssessFirst). A personalized report will be provided to you, and we will go over it thoroughly together. You will define your next steps. Dream big, you deserve it. Don’t worry, topics discussed during our sessions will remain confidential. We will not judge, only listen. Respect is key. Documentation will be signed to confirm our mutual agreement in this process.

*Our sessions could include:
-Conducting assessments - utilize tools and exercises to assess your skills, motivations, strengths
-Identifying career goals, short and long term
-Understanding challenges you may be facing, lack of confidence, soft skills gaps
-Setting plan with milestones
-Assisting you in making successful transitions, switching industry, moving up, returning to the workforce
-Resume, application letter craft professional and impactful documents
-Interview preparation and coaching, help you build confidence and ensure clients can effectively communicate their values to employers
3- How Long and How Frequently Should We Meet?
*A typical session will be about 45 minutes long. Check out our services for more details.
4- What is the price of the different programs?
*Various programs are available at Reve Talent (from single session, to multiple sessions, or packages including motivation, skills assessment). Prices vary depending on package chosen. Please reach out to us, and we will be happy to provide the full details. Reve Talent is offering discounts at certain times of the year.
5- What are the best conditions to be successful?
*Be on time. We understand that being late can happen, life can get crazy. Please let us know ahead of time. Sessions will be charged if they are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
*Attend all sessions and be mentally prepared. Tools to relax: eat healthy food, drink frequently, meditate, exercise.
*Please find a quiet environment to take the call. Do not take a call from your car, whether driving or not. We want your full attention.
*Do homework prior to the meeting.
6- When should you reach out to Reve Talent?
*Life can get stressful. Never forget that your Human Resources department should be your first point of contact.
*Your management should support you when needed, especially if you are experiencing challenges in your daily work. They should be there to challenge you as an employee. But we all know that people quit bosses, not jobs.
