In your way to your dream job, there are 2 limiting beliefs, PRIDE and FEAR.
Pride shows up in the lie that we believe we are self-sufficient, we are weak if we need others, which is incorrect.
There are 2 types of fear, the fear of failure and the fear of rejection. Sometimes you need to get through lots of NO's before getting a YES.
I had a coach when I started my own career and want to give back to the community. Over the past 4 years, I have been supporting coworkers in defining their next career moves. I want to help you do the same.

My approach is all about understanding your unique journey, as your individuality is your greatest asset. We'll begin by leveraging leading HR software to assess your personality, motivations, and cognitive abilities. This assessment will help us pinpoint where your strengths and interests align, allowing us to identify a job or career path that suits you best.
1/ Personality
Personality helps to understand how a person tends to behave “naturally”… but also in stressful situations.
2/ Motivation
Motivations help identify the situations and environments a person seeks as well as those they tend to avoid.
3/ Cognitive capacity.
Cognitive abilities provide information on a person’s ability to learn quickly and solve more or less complex problems
From there, I'll provide coaching to help you find the right opportunities and practices to achieve your career goals. This might involve refining your leadership skills, enhancing your interview techniques, or shifting your mindset. Finally, I’ll support you in securing an offer that reflects your values and worth.
